NEAAN is proud to launch “Just Take One”, a regional effort highlighting the benefits apprenticeships have for SMEs and urging businesses.
We would love organisations to “Just Take One” and take the first step on their apprenticeship journey.
This campaign aims to harnesses positive stories, highlight national data and signpost towards the support and guidance available regionally from organisations like the two combined authorities and the Dept for Education.
We need SMEs to understand that apprentices address skills gaps, enhance retention, and that recruiting and training apprentices it isn’t difficult as many believe.
We need to hear from you and your organisation’s apprentice champions and apprentices, and showcase the brilliant apprenticeships blazing a trail across our region.
